Award is Dr. Xiang Wang in recognition of his significant professional
contributions.

Dr. Wang's career achievements are truly noteworthy.


He is the lead partner for the premier China-focused Intellectual
Property practice at Orrick law firm, where he assists multinational
companies with all aspects of their intellectual property rights in
China, Hong Kong, and the United States as they expand into global
markets. Dr. Wang is highly regarded for his practical legal advice
with more than ten years of experience at medical and electronic device
businesses before becoming a lawyer. He exhibits a tremendous
commitment to his profession through continuous involvement and service.
Professional Developement Course for Engineers and Architects Wednesday, June 03, 2009
Introduction to IAQ Standards, Understanding ASHRAE 62.1-2004, IAQ Effects on Energy Use Air-to-Air Heat Transfer Technologies, will be presented in Mobile, Alabama.

The course provides 2.0 PDHs and a certificate will be presented to people that attend and pass a short quiz.

ASHRAE DISTINGUISHED SERVICE AWARD Sunday, June 21, 2009
The National ASHRAE Board of Directors has voted to honor Klas C. Haglid, P.E., R.A. the ASHRAE DISTINGUISHED SERVICE AWARD at Plenary Session on Saturday, June 21, at 3:15 p.m. in Louisville, Kentucky.
2009 World Energy Engineering Coference Wednesday, November 04, 2009
Klas C. Haglid, P.E., R.A. will present a Poster Session on School IAQ Retrofit for 100 year old Building.

The presentation will demonstrate energy savings from Air to Air energy recovery on a District Wide Basis and practical installation examples.

The World Energy Conference will be held in Washington, DC on November 4 -6, 2009.
