| Two Net Zero Buildings - Hawaii vs. Block Island, RI Klas Haglid, (PE,RA) President and CEO of Building Performance Equipment, has been selected as one of this years featured speakers at the World Energy Engineering Congress in Chicago, IL. This is Mr. Haglid's 5th year of being a featured speaker at the renown event. The presentation will compare two Net Zero Buildings in extremely different climates - Hawaii and Rhode Island. Although Net Zero buildings may be easier to achieve in Paradise, both locations were a great challenge, and each proved that Net Zero does not mean sacrificing quality of life. |
