20 Year Limited Lifetime Guarantee

Each BPE heat exchanger is guaranteed for 20 years not to become unusable for providing breathable air ventilation due to rust, rot, or corrosion due to condensation or other exposure to liquid water in such use. Each heat exchanger also is guaranteed for one year against defects in material or workmanship. BPE will at its option, repair or replace the heat exchanger or refund to the purchaser a portion of the purchase price actually paid which is proportional to the expired portion of its expected life. This guarantee does not apply to operation with gases other than breathable air, at excessive pressures or with chemically contaminated liquids. No other guarantee is made. Excessive pressure across the BPE units in excess of 2 inches of static pressure in either intake or exhaust will void warranty and lead to lower heat transfer rates. Operating the unit at over 2 inches of static pressure occurs when running flow rates through the energy recovery unit in excess of nominal ratings and out side of normal operating specifications.
