Commercial and Industrial ventilation systems can be very application specific – no two buildings are ever alike. The complexity of commercial or industrial ventilation system can range from a typical office building to a pharmaceutical clean room and everywhere in between. BPE’s patented Energy Recovery Ventilator modules allow you to solve any significant ventilation issue with the greatest of ease. BPE modules are monolithically constructed with the finest grade of polypropylene – nowhere throughout the unit will you find screws, gaps, cracks, or moving parts. They can withstand many elements and chemicals standard equipment (metals and desiccants) cannot, which ultimately reduces your O&M costs and increases revenues. - Data Room Air Conditioning
One of the largest energy consumers in commercial buildings today is the data room. Not only do they require huge amounts of electricity to function, they require nearly the same amount to keep cool. Even during the deep winter months, data centers and server rooms will still need large amounts of cooling to stay within operating conditions. With BPE, you can recirculate data room air and cool it at the same time. Why use air-conditioning when you can just dump the heat outside? Trade in your costly air conditioner and upgrade to a high-efficiency heat exchanger.

- Industrial Exhaust Heat Recapture

- Dehumidification and Reheat Unit
In the past, the method to dehumidify air was to cool it, remove condensate, and reheat it. Heating and cooling for a single application - sounds like a waste of energy to us. In the future, use a run around loop with BPE heat exchangers. Simply pass air through the heat exchanger to pre-cool air, push it over a coil for dehumidification, and lastly, return the air back into the unit to be heated. A single air stream will pre-cool and reheat itself! We believe in making situations as simple as possible but not any more simple.
